Claim Your Yale Cleaners Account
Yale Cleaners has already created an online account for every customer. This account is linked to your store account and will provide current order status, cleaning history, account information and cleaning preferences.
To access your online account you will need a Yale Cleaners receipt or ticket off of any dry cleaning or laundry order. You can also claim your account at any Yale Cleaners location by simply asking your counter representative for your online credentials.
Receipt
You will need your account number (7 digit phone number with dash included) and a ticket number.
